Lorraine Marie Earp

Lorraine Marie Earp, 72, of Mount Airy, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Frederick Health Hospital.

Born on December 23, 1953, in Gaithersburg, she was the daughter of the late Hillary Ray Hawkins, Sr. and Elizabeth (Earp) Hawkins.

Lorraine enjoyed playing bingo, crafts, and loved to talk with others.

Surviving her are brothers Terry L. Hawkins, Sr. and wife Katrina, Don Hawkins and wife Sue, and David Hawkins and wife Cheryl; sister Patricia C. Blodgett; close friend Frankie Hawkins, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lorraine was predeceased by sisters Gloria Pruitt and Melody Carr; stepbrother Hillary Ray Hawkins, Jr.; stepsister Faye Hawkins; and brother-in-law Joseph Blodgett.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. until the start of the service at 12:30 p.m. at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mount Airy, MD 21771. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD.
