Melvina Marie Goleb

         Beloved Melvina Marie Goleb, nee Sierminski, passed away peacefully at 
age 99 on July 16th, 2022. In June 29th 2022, she turned 99 and it was quite a 
milestone.
      Born and raised in Michigan, then later Chicago, Illinois, she was a clerk at 
Argonne National Labs where she met her future husband Joseph A. Goleb.
Soon after they resided in Naperville, Illinois, where she raised three children
Amy, Mark and Paul from essentially the 1950s until the whole family moved to 
Bethesda, Maryland circa 1973. While living in Naperville, she was a homemaker; 
did sewing of dresses; landscaped around the house including planting tulip beds. 
As her children grew older, she clerked at the Naperville Public Works
from 1971 until 1973.
      Upon moving to Bethesda, Melvina found work, again as a clerk, at the NIH 
facility in Bethesda, Md, where she was employed for approximately10 years.
    Around the early 1980s Melvina and Joe built their dreamhouse over at Lake 
Linganore, where the lake provided the Golebs plenty of activity for hosting 
children; relatives, grandchildren (Peter, Allison, Sam, Camille, Paul Jr & Melissa) 
as well as Great Grandchildren!
