Mr. Michael Scott Coates, 42 of Lovettsville, VA passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2010.
Born April 2, 1968 in Leesburg, VA he was the son of Louise Reed Coates of Lovettsville and the late Andrew H. Coates, Sr.
Michael was loved by many. In addition to his mother, Louise, he is survived by his sisters, Debbie Coates and significant other Bobby Slifer, Kathy Stonesifer and husband Mark, Theresa Everhart and husband John and Leslie Loy and husband Bruce, brothers, Andrew Coates, Jr. and wife Tammy and Danny Coates and wife Michele, 5 nieces, 4 nephews and 1 great nephew.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Ave., Brunswick on Wednesday, January 5
th
from 12:00-1:00PM. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment was in Lovettsville Union Cemetery.
