Michael Wayne Millard

Michael Wayne Millard, 74, of Olney, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Montgomery General Hospital.  He was the husband of Jan Merida Millard.  Born on July 11, 1948, in Washington, DC, he was the son of Charles William Millard and Mabel Ruth (Ervine) Millard.

Mr. Millard was a devoted Husband, loving Father and Grandfather and was a man of great Christian faith.  He was an avid fisherman and lover of nature and all of God’s creatures and was an enthusiastic DC sports fan. Michael was a man who befriended everyone he met and never hesitated to help anyone in need.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his Sons: Michael Christian Millard, James Paul Millard, Kenneth Andrew Millard; a Daughter, Ashley Renee Janis as well as (3) Grandsons and (2) Granddaughters.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD.  A celebration of Michael's life journey will take place immediately following at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 4, 2022 in the chapel of the funeral home.
