Mike J. Palios, 92, of Frederick, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

He was born on June 7, 1934, the son of the late Demetri and Marie Palios of Yorkville, OH.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Pappas Palios; and his sister Alice Birdas.

Mr. Palios is survived by two daughters, Maria Palios Philippi and her husband Darren of Bristol, VA; and Alexis Palios of Frederick, MD; grandson, Jason Michael Phillippi; and niece, Sophia Birdas of Silver Spring, MD.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, PO Box 4176, Clarksburg, WV 26302.

Family and friends may call at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, 1010 Factory St, Clarksburg, WV, on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, where his funeral service will be held at 11:00 am with Father Stelyios Muksuris officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bridgeport Cemetery.
