Nathan Brandon Lapp, 19, of Finksburg, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Born on December 6, 2006, in Baltimore, MD, he was the beloved son of Brandon Jeffrey Lapp and Leah Joanne Wilson Lapp of Finksburg.
Nathan graduated from Westminster High School in 2025. Nathan was a member of the JV football and JV lacrosse teams during his time at Westminster High School. Prior to that time, he played for Gamber Football for five years as a defensive end.
After his graduation from high school, Nathan worked as a HVAC technician for Air Experts.
Nathan enjoyed fishing, writing music, and playing guitar.
Nathan was looked up to by his many cousins and loved dearly by his family. He was funny, crazy, and adored by his cousins, who will never forget their family gatherings, camping, and times at the cottage goofing off and laughing together. His family will cherish the memories they made hanging out with him and listening to him play the guitar.
Nathan was preceded in death by his loving MeMom, Joanne E. Wilson.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Ryan and Luke; grandparents, Calvin “Jack” Wilson, Sr. of Rockville, MD, Jeffrey and Freddie Lapp of Jefferson, MD, his Aunt Shannan and Uncle Mike Collins and cousins Colt and Jordan of Frederick, MD, his Aunt Brittany and Aunt Paola Alvarado-Lapp and cousins Alessio and Milano of Gaithersburg, MD, his Aunt Donna and Uncle Kent German of Pawtucket Rhode Island with cousin Robert J. And wife Kelly German with children Tyler, Camden, and Kali of Attleboro, MA; his Uncle Ivan and Aunt Ann Wilson and cousins Ivan Jr., Mason, and Liana of Frederick MD; his Aunt Rebekah L. Wilson-Northrop and Uncle Scott with cousins Calvin, Abigail, Kyrsten, Joanna, Rena, Madelynn, Daniel, Hollie, Leah, Colton, Gracie, Eli, and Noah; and second cousins Lorianna, Kaleigh, Bekah Joanne, Emma, Levi, Sadie, and Malie of Fredericksburg, VA.; his Uncle James and Aunt Jennifer Wilson with cousins Kayla, James Jr., Ethan, Chloe, and Jonathan of Frederick MD; and his Uncle David and Aunt Melissa Wilson with cousins Kayla, Genevieve, Hanna, and Teddy of Mertztown, PA.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD, 21702.
A service celebrating Nathan's life will begin at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 1 from the funeral home chapel with the family receiving friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Officiating will be Pastor Matt McMillan.
Interment will be at 2:30 pm Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Park, 13800 Bedford Rd., NE, Cumberland, MD, 21502
Memorial donations may be made to Westminster Baptist Church.
