Nicholas Allen Main, 43, of Mount Airy passed away August 28, 2025 as a result of a motorcycle accident. Born November 19, 1981 in Olney, Nick was the son of Pamela Kessell Main White and the late Chris Main.
Nick was passionate in all things mechanical and worked as a metal fabricator and welder for 18 years. In his spare time, he worked on cars, motorcycles and his favorite -- 3 wheeled all terrain bikes. Nick lived life to the fullest and was always ready for adventure, between annual trips to Arizona, Trikefest and the Hatfield McCoy trails, he was always on wheels, whether 2 or 3. Nick possessed a kindness that was unparalleled, helping anyone in need and fixing anything that needed fixing.
Nick is survived by his mother, Pam, his stepfather, Bruce R. White; his sister, Brittany Main-Medina and her husband Jon Medina; his niece, Lavender Medina; his stepbrother, Brian White; his stepson Brandon Darragh; and his girlfriend Crystal Matthews along with his grandmother Dottie Kessell. Nick also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, mentors, friends and trail brothers.
Waiting for him on the other side is his long time riding partner, wingman and sidekick, his beloved Teddy dog; father, Chris Main; grandparents, Clyde and Frances Main; grandfather, Earl Kessell, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 8 East Ridgeville Boulevard, Mt. Airy, MD 21771, and on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Bush Creek Church of the Brethren, 4821-A Green Valley Rd, Monrovia, MD 21770, where services will begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Dawn Weller will officiate. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery adjacent to the church.
