Norman Charles Dudley, 63, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025.
Born on January 28, 1962, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Charles Dudley III and Barbara (Sill) Dudley.
Norman was a caring and loving father to his three girls. He had a good sense of humor, was an avid fan of the DC sports teams, enjoyed grilling, listening to rock n roll music, and classic cars.
He worked in Montgomery County for Giant for over 40 years and is remembered by many colleagues and customers he assisted over the years.
Norman was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by daughters, Laura, Jessica (fiancé Earl) and Dana Dudley, and their mother Susan; sisters, Nancy and Susan; and brother, Richard.
Services will be private for the family.
