Omie "Lib" Elizabeth Johnson, 68, of Frederick, MD passed away on Tuesday, May, 2016 after a long illness. Beloved wife of Wiley A. Johnson, Sr., mother of Dwayne (Sara) Sines; stepmother of Wiley A. (Rachel) Jr. and Jeanitta Johnson; sister of Marline (Dale) Friend, Joanne (Woody) Smith, Rodney "Buck" (Debi) and Russell C. (Debbie) Cantler; sister-in-law of Beatrice (Bill) Moore, Donald (Jane) and Bobby (Helen) Johnson; also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delmore and Annie Cantler, brothers, Howard, D. William S., Benjamin S., Joseph L. Cantler; sister Barbara M. Burdette and grandaughter, Kasey Johnson. Omie loved all animals especially her 6 dogs, she loved cooking and her flower gardens. The family will receive family and friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 12-2 pm with service to follow. Interment Mt.
