Patricia Ann Barker

Patricia Ann Barker, aged 63, passed away on May 21, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Born on July 21, 1961 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she grew up in Gaithersburg, MD and later called Frederick, MD her home for the last 22 years. Patricia was a beacon of joy and kindness, touching the lives of all who knew her with her fun-loving and caring nature.

Patricia graduated from Seneca Valley High School and spent over four decades working at Sears, from 1978 until her retirement in 2021. Her dedication and hard work were evident in her long-standing career, where she made countless friendships and left a lasting impact.

Patricia is survived by her loving children, Meghan Barker and Keith Barker; her sister, Eileen Adams; and brothers, Eugene (Nazak) Degnan and Richard Degnan. She also leaves behind her nieces Allison, Melanie, and Margo and her nephews: Ricky, Kyle, and Joe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Margaret Degnan.

Patricia's warm presence and loving spirit will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness and care continues to live on through the memories cherished by her loved ones.
