Mrs. Patricia T. Penn, 86, of Thurmont, Maryland, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Glade Valley Center. She was the wife of the late Richard T. Penn, Jr.
Born March 1, 1927 in New London, CT, she was the daughter of the late Merlin and Esther Tuttle O’Neill.
Mrs. Penn was a member of Catoctin Kennel Club and Maryland Sheep Breeders Association. She was a wonderful wife and mother.
Mrs. Penn is survived by her children Marilyn Lee Penn-Lindley and husband Mark, Charles Richard Penn, and William H. Penn and wife Kimberly, five grandchildren and her sister Marilyn Lee O’Neill.
Services and interment will be private.
