They were married for 68 years and together built a family legacy surrounded by faith in God, love of family and friends, the importance of community and hardwork. Patty could be seen wearing her signature bandana almost everywhere she went. She had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. All were welcome in her home and greeted with one of her warm hugs. There was always room for one more at her table. Patty was an amazing cook and was best known for her homemade rolls, apple dumplings and fudge. She loved all of God’s creatures great and small but had a special love of babies. Patty worked tirelessly on her farm, tending to the farm animals and her flower and vegetable gardens. Nothing gave her greater joy than harvesting her garden bounty and sharing it with countless family and friends. Patty truly believed that all gifts were from God and were meant to be shared with others.

She was predeceased by her son, Richard “Scott” Pry. She had four grandchildren, Keith Pry and wife Julie, Mark Pry, and Allie and Jack Wilson (fiancée, Katrina Eisentraut) and six great- grandchildren, Faith, Scott, Max, Ethan, Grace and Hope Pry. She is survived by her loving sisters Shirley Ridgeway and husband Lee, Donna Wenner and husband Tommy, Rose Barger, Delores Axline and husband Johnny and sisters-in-law, Carole Foltz and Geraldlene Sigler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Patty had a special bond with Chance Smith and David Wolfe and was considered their second Mother and was a bonus Grandmother to both the Strickland and Bailey families. She was predeceased by brothers Gene and Merrell Foltz, brothers-in-law Buz Barger and David Pry, sister-in-law Lynn Pry and granddaughter-in-law, Cesse Ip.
In addition to raising her family, Patty took great pride in working their family farm, Needwood Farms.
