Raymond Harvey Baker, Jr.

Mr. Raymond Harvey Baker, Jr., 64, of Ijamsville, passed away at home on June 13, 2024. He was the husband of Johnnie Veronica (Barnett) Baker. Born on January 27, 1960, he was the son of the late Raymond H. Baker, Sr. and Helen Pauline (Beach) Baker.

In addition to his wife of nearly 43 years, he is survived by his sons, Raymond Harvey Baker, III (Samantha) and Matthew Dewey Baker; his grandchildren; Isabella Lefevre, John Wayne Baker of Arizona, Gunner Lee Baker of Pennsylvania, his siblings, Doug Baker (Dare) and Paul Eugene Baker (Nancy), Mary Lance (Dave) as well as his former daughter-in-law, Amanda Fischer and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by a special family friend, Madelynn Evans and her daughters, Briana and Nova.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Baker and two sisters, Delores Adcock and Rose Baker.

Per his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral, but a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
