Rebecca Klipp, 66, of Woodsboro, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, January 16, 2026, at her home. She was the loving wife of Gene Klipp.
Born on February 16, 1959, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of Alvin Simon and Mary Catherine (Dudrow) Hilton.
Rebecca was a loving wife and mother as well as an amazing friend. No matter what hand she was delt she was always thinking of others and making sure those around her were thought of. Rebecca loved spending time with family, friends and her animals. Rebecca touched the hearts and lives of so many, and the world would be at a loss without her.
Rebecca graduated from Frederick high and Cosmetology school. She was a cosmetologist in her early life and then a full-time devoted mother and wife.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Hannah Taheri, Elijah Klipp, Nathaniel Klipp, son in law, AJ Taheri, stepchildren Gina Williams and Jennifer Whitman, grandchildren Sylas Taheri and Lillia Taheri, sister Nancy Middleton and friends Carolyn Turner Mareck, Rebecca Burdette, Vera Demeduk, and Joanie Eaves.
In death Rebecca was greeted by her mother Mary Catherine Hilton, stepfather Royal Hilton, Father Alvin Simon, stepmother Judy Simon, stepdaughter Becky Klipp, and brother-in-law David Middleton.
The family will hold a celebration of life at Woodsboro Park in the spring. Date to be announced
