Rex James Parker

Rex James Parker, 56, of Mount Airy, MD passed from this life on Sunday December 21, 2025, at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD.

Born on January 29, 1969, in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of James Burton and Norene (Lemma) Parker.

Rex received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University after graduating from Glenelg High School, class of 1987. He was the owner and operator of JB Parker Contracting along with his father.

He loved his children and family, as well as fishing, golf, billiards, and comedy. Rex was known for being the life of the party and was always willing to help anyone. His personality was like no other, and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Rex Parker is survived by his sons Beau and Dominic and his daughter Calli Parker, sister Beth Parker Wieczynski, and wife Renee Parker.

There will be a celebration of life at Memories Charcoal House at 5pm on Friday, January 16, 2026.
