Robert A. Bruchey, Sr.

Robert Alan Bruchey, Sr., 56, of Middletown, MD, passed away at home on Friday, January 12, 2024.

Rob was a graduate of Middletown High School. He was Vice President of Bruchey Builders, Inc.

He is survived by his children, Robert Bruchey, Jr. and Rebecca Matney and her husband, Kenny; and one grandson, Jimmy, his best pal.

He is also survived by his brothers and sister, Bill Bruchey and wife, Rikki, Debbie Bachtell and husband, Donald, and Jim Bruchey; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. 

Rob is also survived by close high school friends of the 5-7 Club: Tim Duffey, Shane Bridge, Rusty Burdette and Mark Anthony.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Interment will be private.
