Robert Edwin Righter

**SERVICE UPDATE**

On Thursday, June 29, 2023, Robert Edwin Righter peacefully passed away at the age of 83 at Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Home in Boonsboro, Maryland. He will be deeply missed by his sons, A. Scott Righter and RC Righter. He was a cherished grandfather to Connie, Bethany, Summer, and Dani and took great pride in being a beloved great-grandfather to Ally, Clinton, and Isaiah.

Robert had three siblings, Ron Righter, Tom Righter, and Penny Lamons, and, additionally, he leaves behind nieces, nephews; and many dear friends who will fondly remember him.

In the later years of his life, Robert found joy in playing golf and spending quality time with his family. He was widely known as the most handsome fella around. 

*A gathering will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the home of his son, Scott, located at 58128 Mount Briar Road in Keedysville. For a time of reminiscing and refreshments, please come to the countryside to honor and celebrate Bob.*

May he rest in peace knowing that he leaves behind a legacy that will be treasured forever.
