Robert Primiano Williams

Robert Primiano Williams, 92, of Frederick, MD passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024 at Kline Hospice House of Mount Airy, MD.

Born on April 8, 1932 in Washington, DC, Robert was known for his great sense of humor, dedication as a family man, and his strong work ethic. Robert proudly served in the Army Reserves and was a long time member of the American Legion. He was a talented craftsman specializing in architectural millwork and cabinetry, and his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own successful business, T&W Woodworking. 

Beyond his professional life, Robert was passionate about the water. He spent many joyful hours boating, fishing and crabbing, sharing these moments with family and friends. His love for seafood and BBQ ribs was well-known among those close to him, often being the highlight of family gatherings. 

Robert leaves behind his beloved wife, Joan Williams, and a loving family: son Bob Williams and daughter-in-law Brenda Phillips; daughter Chrissy Hines and son-in-law Rick Hines; daughter Shannon Raedy; granddaughter Heather Pocius and her husband Jonathan; great grandchildren Braeden, Anastyn, Emersyn and Brooklyn Pocius; granddaughter Amanda Govan; cousin Mario Guglielmi; and sister-in-law Dianna Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Primiano Williams, brothers Norman and Michael Williams, and sister Yolanda Walton.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday November 24, at 11:00am at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD, 21702, with visitation starting at 10:30am. Internment will follow on Monday, November 25, at 1:00pm at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Kline Hospice House of Mount Airy, MD, and/or the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Robert. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he shared.
