Roseanna Bell

Roseanna Bell, 71, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Frederick, Maryland.

Born on October 15, 1950, in Takoma Park, MD, Roseanna Marcella Bell was the eldest of seven children, born to Earl Ferdinand Bell and Pauline Helen (Parsons) Bell.  She grew up with her six siblings in the Twinbrook section of Rockville, Maryland.  Roseanna received a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in 1976 from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and worked for the Food & Drug Administration as a Freedom of Information Officer.

Roseanna is survived by sister, Marilyn Bell Biviano (Joseph Biviano) of Waleska, Georgia, brother, Earl Bell (Lisa Bell) of Emmitsburg, MD, and sister, Carolyn Bell of Frederick, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, including James Allan Bell Jr. (Alisha Bell, and Joe, Hunter, Jaxson, Kynlee), Kristy Bell (Justin Sawyer and Justin Jr, Allison), Kevin Bell (Jessica Bell), Jacob Bell, Katie Bell (baby Benjamin), Dylan Bell, and Ryan Bell.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD.

A celebration of Roseanna's life journey will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD. Rev. Dr. Paul A. Bagylos will officiate. Following the services, burial will be held at Rockville Cemetery, 1350 Baltimore Road, Rockville, MD.
