Born on November 18, 2004, in Reston, VA, he was the son of Marta (Abarca) de Rivera and the late Rutillo Rivera Gomez.
He leaves behind many loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD. 21702. Please join the family to celebrate and share memories of Rutilio's life.
Interment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick, MD on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at 9:00am.
