Santa A. Barkley
Santa A. Barkley, (Sandy) passed away on June 3, 2026, a few days before her 90th birthday. She was the wife of the late Ray E. Barkley for 58 years. Born in Mt. Union Pennsylvania on June 11, 1936.
Having been a registered nurse for many years, explains her loving and caring personality. She was also known for her crafty talents, painting, crocheting and knitting. Sandy loved to watch the Washington Redskins and cheered them on. She was a wonderful Sister, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
She will be missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Final interment will be in Mount Union Cemetery on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., S. Division Street, Mount Union, PA.
