Sean Patrick Regan

Sean Patrick Regan, 50, of Frederick, MD, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025.

Born on February 14, 1975, in Long Island, NY, he was the son of Denise and George Regan. He was the husband of the late Jennifer Lee Kolb Regan and father of Delaney Kolb Regan and Abigail Elizabeth Regan. He is survived by his sister Elizabeth Watkins, brother-in-law Jonathan Watkins, nephews William and Declan Watkins, and fiance' Shawnnah Ordono.

Sean spent his career as a firefighter, retiring as a captain after 20 dedicated years. Following the passing of his late wife, Jennifer Lee Kolb Regan, Sean went on to work as a safety officer for Canyon Contracting and Keller Brothers alongside his best friends Jay and Philip Keller. A devoted dad, friend, family member, proudly retired Fire Captain, and someone who poured his whole heart into taking care of his family. He fought to the very end for his girls and gave them every bit of strength and love he had. With a spirit that never quit and a heart that gave everything, he approached every challenge with unwavering determination, always giving 120% in everything he did.

He found his greatest joy soaking in the sunshine at the beach or with a fishing rod in hand and the sound of the waves nearby. For those who got the chance to experience Sean's laugh and dedication to his friends and family is something that will never be forgotten.
