Mrs. Sharon D. Moylan, 65 of Mt. Airy, MD., died Sunday, December 31, 2006 at St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD. She was the wife of James Moylan, Sr.
Born August 31, 1941 in Minnewaukan, North Dakota she was the daughter of the late Olaf T. and Marnie F. Deede Peterson.
Mrs. Moylan worked for State Farm Insurance as a Secretary for many years. She was of Catholic Faith and was a very loving wife and mother.
In adddition to her husband she is survived by two children Jim Moylan, Jr. of New Market, MD and John Moylan and wife Robin of Baltimore., two grandchildren Ashley Murdock and Kevin Hughes, two sisters Marlys May, Shirley Wettstein, two brothers Curtis Peterson and Larry Peterson. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her brother Roger Peterson.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt Airy, MD on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.
Services:
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 1125 St. Michael's Road, Mt. Airy, MD, Thursday, January 4, at 11:00 a.m., with Father Michael Ruane as celebrant.
