Shelby Jean Breeden Mose, 70, of 17431 General Lee Drive, Sharpsburg, died Sunday June 24, 2007.
Born October 20, 1936 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Allen and Mary Elizabeth Clemons Breeden.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Christ Reformed United Church of Christ in Shepherdstown, WV.
She is survived by her husband, Terry L. Mose; one daughter, Sylvia A. Spinelli of Big Pool, MD; three sisters, Josephine Frye and Mary Stephens both of Martinsburg and Gerldine Whirley of Inwood, WV; two brothers, Paul Breeden of Kearneysville, WV and Allen Breeden of Kentucky; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Allen D. Smith; two sisters, Louise Staubs and Pauline Sweeney; and three brothers, Ashley Breeden, Norman Breeden and Harry Breeden.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, June 28 at Bast Funeral Home in Boonsboro. The Rev. Carol D. Hallman will officiate. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
There will be no viewing per her request; however, the family will receive friends Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests and omission of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1037 Haven Road, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
