Mrs. Stella M. McCorkle, 89 of Frederick, Md., passed away April 2, 2011 at Somerford House on Saturday, April 2, 2011. She was the wife of the late Robert F. McCorkle.
Born October 24, 1921 in Bolivar, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Macar Malinowsky.
Mrs. McCorkle was a resident of Somerford for seven years.
She is survived by her children Sean McCorkle of Mastic Beach, NY and Tammy McCorkle of Frederick and a sister Blanche Shifflett of Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Service and interment will be private.
