Steven Barylski

Steven Barylski, age 64, passed suddenly at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin Walter Barylski and Isabelle Agnes Heitzman Barylski, and sister-in-law, Alicia Barylski, and brother-in-law, Robert Johns Barylski. Steven is survived by his wife Dina Barylski, his siblings Martina Weich, Douglas Barylski (Mildred), Kathy Barylski, and Marty Barylski, and his wife's sister Miriam Alvarez. Steven is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Steven was born on July 20, 1961 and was so excited to watch the moon landing on his eighth birthday. Steven graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Tech in 1983. His career included Federal service and State of Maryland service. Steven's work was characterized by a high level of integrity.

Steven was especially known for was his deep faith and love of worship. It was in Bible study that Steven met his beloved wife, finding a joyous and lasting love, with some silly fun mixed in. Steven and Dina just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary with a spontaneous trip to Niagara Falls and Ohio.

Steven impacted most everyone he met with his ready smile, wry humor, and helping people in every manner.
