Born September 18, 1966 , she was the daughter to William Bernard Watkins and Patricia Ann Watkins.
She graduated from Eastern High School in 1984.
She worked at Baltimore City Police Department as an emergency dispatcher for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband Edward Mendez Jr., her son Durrell R. Williams, her father Bernard Watkins, and a host of family and friends.
