Thomas Lee Finley, passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on January 19, 1948, in Vincennes, Indiana, Thomas led a life filled with commitment to both his career and loved ones.

After 34 years of dedicated service, Thomas retired from Pepco, where he was known for his hard work and reliability. His professional accomplishments were a testament to his strong work ethic and determination.

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Susan Finley. He is also survived by his daughter, Tammy Schulman (Paul); sons Todd Finley (Jenn), Jeff Finley (Sarah), and Billy Crescenze (Amy). He was a proud grandfather and uncle to countless children. Thomas leaves behind his sister, Patricia Estes (Jim), as well as many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. He was also fortunate to have a lifelong friendship with Bobby "Doc" Dodson, who stood by him through many of life's moments.

He was predeceased by his son Tommy Finley and his parents, Charles T. and Mildred E. Finley.

A Receiving of Friends to celebrate Thomas's life will be held on July 25, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick, located at 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and remember Thomas, whose impact on their lives will remain cherished forever.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
