Timothy Patrick Coad

Timothy Patrick Coad, 72, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Frederick Health Hospital.

Born on September 18, 1953, in Killeen, Texas, Timothy was the son of the late William F. Coad and Glenn Alice (Hollander) Coad.

Tim was a graduate of Surrattsville High School and an alumnus of Norwich University, Class of 1975. He enjoyed a successful 30-year career as Executive Director of Channel Management & Strategy and served as Vice President at Kaiser Permanente.

Tim was known for his deep love for Jesus, his kind heart, and his generosity toward all who crossed his path. He had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcome and loved, and he would truly give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

He is survived by his son, James W. Coad, and his siblings: Thomas Coad, William Coad Jr., Kevin Coad, Martin Coad, Patrick Coad, and Kelly Coad, who will forever cherish his memory and his gregarious laugh.

Tim was preceded in death by his beloved son, Sean, and his wife, Kathy.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland, with a Celebration of Life to begin at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be private.
