Virginia Ann Gaver

Virginia Ann Gaver, 74, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Ballenger Creek in Frederick, with her family by her side. She was the loving wife of the late Ralph E. Gaver Sr.

Born on July 23, 1951, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late William Mayhew and Mattie (Ward) Mayhew.

She worked for many years as a machinist at the former Rotorex.

She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Virginia is survived by sons, Ralph E. Gaver, Jr., and William Kenneth "Kenny" Mayhew; grandsons, Scott Gaver and wife Felicia Gaver, Dylan Gaver and wife Hallie Gaver, and Tyler Mayhew; granddaughters,Tiffany Mayhew and Marissa Mayhew; and seven great-grandchildren, Emir Barnes, Zaniah Barnes, Dohntre Price, Sylr Mayhew, Mayvis Mayhew, Aofie Mayhew, and London Gaver.

The family will hold a private celebration of Virginia's life.

There will be no public visitation or service.
