William Dennis, 75, of Ijamsville, Maryland, passed away on November 27, 2019 at his home. He was the husband to the late Silvia Pennick Dennis.
Born on August 7, 1944 in Louisiana, he was the son of the late William D and Alma (Jones) Dennis. William worked as a Machinist in the automotive industry for many years. He enjoyed working with his hands and tinkering with anything that had a motor.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda A. Palmer; sons, Charles F. Dennis and Clarence E. Dennis; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and his sister Marie Dennis.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Carolyn F. Dennis and Michelle McCarty; granddaughter, Evelyn Kay Dennis; brothers, Roy and Rusty Dennis; and half-brother AJ Sanford.
All services at this time will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
