Aunty Ann was a wonderful aunt. We always enjoyed our families' visits together. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Ann was such a good friend at Maryville and continued to be afterwards. She came and visited me here in St. Louis and we kept in touch all these years. In fact we discovered that each of us had a grandchild who plays field hockey. Although they went to different high schools, they knew each other from playing on select teams. We met for lunch for years but as it got harder to get together we had to stop. Then we would at least see each other at the Maryville luncheons. She was a bright, fun person that everyone loved.

Ann was my best friend. We met after I moved to Frederick in 2002, and soon discovered that we had much in common. We both had moved often in childhood, loved to read, share good conversation and travel. Ann and I traveled by car over the eastern half of the country, from Rhode Island to Key West, from Chicago to St.Louis to New Orleans. We took cruises to Bermuda and to the Caribbean. We loved to take the metro to visit the museums in Washington. I miss her so much and I always will.

Bev,
This is such a sweet sentiment. I know how much you meant to my Grandma. You have been such a blessing and we are so glad you two enjoyed so many wonderful memories together.
