Jacqui, I just wanted to express my sympathy on the passing of your mother. Although I didn’t know her, from her obituary I could see that she was a remarkable person. You were such a great help when my own mother passed in 2019 and I will always appreciate it. Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time.

dear Bell family,
I remember Rhonda and Jacqi from Walkersville High School and 4H years. I am the middle Biser sister , Barb. I met your Mom ,as i too followed my God Given Gift of nursing , as a patient of mine doing her cancer journey. She was kind and gentle. I will always remember her bright Smile! even in the darkest of time. Prayers for all of you as u learn to carry on without this kind hearted soul. She will always be there to carry you onward til you meet again in the beautiful gardens of Heaven. Rest with the Angels Mrs. Bell.

My deepest condolences to all of Carol's family. I was a nursing student classmate of Carols at FCC. We were actually the third RN program nursing class to graduate from FCC. The class of '72. I was right out of high school and I recall Carol being a kind and supportive classmate. We did take our State Board nursing exams in Baltimore just as Hurricane Agnes was hitting MD. And we all had concerns of not making it back to Frederick. I saw Carol occasionally over these many years and always liked talking with her. Your obituary tells of a much loved person who made a difference in many lives.

Carol was a member of our "extended" family, as her late husband was a cousin. We remember her as polite, kind and always interested in what was taking place in our lives. We send our most sincere condolences to all of her family. Interestingly, when Carol was nursing at the local hospital and she was unable to return home during the storm of 1972, she stayed overnight at her husband's Aunt Bessie's house in Frederick.

Sending sincere condolences to all of your family. Although I never knew your mom I had the pleasure of working with and befriending Rhonda during our teaching career. I know that your mom was a lovely and wonderful person just from knowing Rhonda! God bless you all ! 🙏🙏🌷

We are saddened to hear of your mother's passing. I remember how welcoming your family was to me when I met them while at Shepherd and afterwards anytime I would see them. To them, everyone that loved their family was also their family. You share so many of your mother's qualities and I wish you peace now and all your days. Love, Laura and Chuck Butler
