I am so sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. My grandmother, Mildred Reid Buckingham Dix spoke of her often as did my parents, Guy and Maggie LeVee. My thoughts are with you at this time.

Mary Lou, So sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I'm sure we are some kind of relation since she was from Winfield and so was my grandfather, Willie Buckingham and my great-aunt, Renie Buckingham Will. May you be comforted by God and your wonderful memories in your time of grief. Wayne Buckingham

Marylou and Family,
I was saddened to learn of Aunt Dorothy's passing. I have fond memories of her being a teacher of the 5th grade at Mt. Airy Elementary, although I did not have her for fifth grade. She was a special person and always had a smile. Your Father was my grandmother's (Elsie) brother. I recall him working in Mt. Airy and seeing him in the store where he worked.
Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Donna, thank you for your kind thoughts! I'm so thankful for all the happy memories my mom and dad have given me and my family, and am glad you remember them fondly also.

Mary Lou I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Dot's passing and have wonderful memories of her through the years. Joe has been gone going on 19 years and I am sure they are all having a reunion in Heaven. My prayer for comfort and peace for you and your family at this difficult time.
