Dorothy Tenney

Dorothy Wilkinson Tenney, 33 of Monrovia, left her loving family unexpectedly on July 3, 2017. She was the wife of Steven Tenney, his wife of 10 years

Born on April 14, 1984, in Olney, she was the daughter of Mark Wilkinson and wife Cindy Bullard of Monrovia and Carol Knox Wilkinson of Michigan.

She was a wonderful loving wife and dedicated mother. Dorothy was known for her selfless disposition, amazing positivity, impetuous good nature and ability to brighten any room.

She was Vice President of Mannarino Insurance Agency where she worked for 13 years. She was a competitive athlete starting in High school as a State Champion Basketball player carrying through to her love of extreme fitness and nutrition. She will be truly missed and forever be in our hearts. Wub Da Bub

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are her children: Aiden and Isabella Tenney; brother Joshua Wilkinson, sister Samantha Cichon; grandfather, Carl Knox; aunt and uncles: Kit Vale, Tracy Wilkinson, Dawn Evans, Debbie Casler; niece Hannah Formanek, brother-in-law Benjamin Tenney, sister-in-law Mesha Cichon, mother-in-law Jeanne Steer, as well as numerous cousins including Katie Rose Bass.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Friday, July 7, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8. E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy where a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, July 8.  Rev. Mark L. Foucart will officiate.

Interment will be private
