Well done my good and faithful servant! Are the words Brother Jim was longing to hear from our Lord, and I believe in my heart that he heard them, the second he enter into glory. Brother Jim was my Sunday School teacher, you will be missed more than words can express. My deepest sympathy goes out to your wife Mrs. Irene and family. My heart is so sad over the loss of my dear brother of God. He was my Sunday School Teacher but also a Mentor to me. My prayer's are for Mrs. Irene and all of the family at this time. He was a mighty man of God. As you always said Brother Jim that you wanted to hear our Lord say, " well done good and faithful servant" and I believe in my heart that is exactly what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said to you. You will always be in my Heart and I will see again one day. ❤

We just received the sad news that Jim had passed away. We are both shocked, saddened and at a loss for words right now. We were in Jim's Sunday School Class at the International Church of God on Byte Drive in Frederick. We truly enjoyed going to Jim's Sunday School Class on Sunday mornings. He and his wife Irene always had opened arms for everyone. It won't be the same without him. He not only shared the Word but his personal life as well. Jim will surely be missed by many who knew him. He certainly knew and taught the Word of God. We had many wonderful times and fond memories with Jim and his family at his family gatherings, which he had at his house every year. Jim loved his family dearly and we share in their sorrow. God bless each and everyone of them during this most difficult time in their life. They have our deepest sympathy.

I love you so much Irene.
I’m so grateful for you and Jim in my life. You both have always extended care and love to me or anyone so that we feel at home in your back yard at the picnic tables.
I can only imagine what Jim is seeing, eating, experiencing now in the presence of Jesus. Imagine how big that picnic is that ushered Jim in with grand Hallelujahs!

Jim had a way of describing what he thought heaven would be like, and on really hot, humid August days when I came for pool therapy, he never forgot to remind me that there is a new unbroken body waiting for me with no pain. Oh, the sweetest descriptions he uses with such passion when all I really wanted was to get my broken body in the cool pool. Yet,I listened each time as he told the same story with as much passion the 29th time as the first. ;). I love his unwavering knowledge of the Bible. A walking encyclopedia. But I ramble since I can’t find the right words or things to tell you to let you know how I love you and Jim.

And Irene, I cannot know the level of hurt you feel Or may feel in the coming days . But, please know I love you a will lift you up each night so that you may feel peace, and whatever the opposite of loneliness is. There are dozens upon dozens of people I’m sure joining me in these thoughts and will pray also.

Love,
Debbie

We are so sad to hear this news. We love Jim as our brother and know he will be tremendously missed here on this earth. Above all, we know Jim is in the presence of His Lord, where his heart was always. Our prayers are with all of you. Keep looking up and keep your eyes on the prize. We will be with Jim again as we keep our faith in our lord.
