Kenneth "Kenny" Ford

June 2, 1990 — July 2, 2018

Kenneth “Kenny” Richard Ford, 28, of Walkersville, Maryland, walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 2, 2018.
Kenny is survived by his parents, Stephen Richard Ford and Mary Borreson Ford, of Walkersville, MD.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his younger sister, Haley Ford, of Walkersville, MD, and his grandmothers, Luella Y. Andrews of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, and Lisette B. Borreson, of Houston Texas.
He is also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family from Texas, West Virginia, and New Jersey.
Kenny was born in Frederick, MD., on June 2, 1990. He was a loving brother, son, boyfriend, and friend. He was a graduate of Walkersville High School, class of 2008.
Kenny was a handyman and very hard worker. He was last employed by Miscellaneous Metals, Inc. and had previously held jobs at Union Iron Workers Local number 5, WB Ironworks, and also had completed a plumbing apprenticeship at Warner Service.
In his younger years, Kenny was an avid athlete and played baseball, football, basketball, and swam on the FAST swim team.
Kenny enjoyed spending time with loved ones, as well as swimming, fishing, working outside, hanging out by the river, and driving anything on wheels, especially if it was a Ford or a dirt bike.

Anyone who truly knew Kenny understood his sweet, silly, character. He had a rebel heart and a wild soul. Kenny’s struggles in this world have finally ended, God called him home and he is forever at peace.
He will be enjoying his Copenhagen and energy drinks until it’s time for each of his loved ones to come join the party.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702.

A celebration of his life’s journey will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 9th at the funeral home. Pastor Janet Cregger will officiate. Interment will follow at Glade Cemetery.

A final memorial service of love and healing will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, July 13th at Walkersville Community Park., 23 Kenneth Drive, Walkersville, MD 21793
