Phyllis Darlene Hose, 75, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, May 31, 2021.

Born on September 15, 1945, in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of the late Chester Milton Norris and Frances Estelle Viola Renner Norris.

Darlene was a 1963 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.  She worked for Newsberry Credit Office, McCrory's, Burger King,National Geographic and Good Humor Breyer.  Darlene enjoyed color by number books and loved spending time at the ocean.

She is survived by her children, Brenda Gladfelter and husband Christopher, Tracy Kretzer and husband Kevin and David Hose and wife Brenda; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; sister, E. Patricia Price and her late husband John D. Price and her brother Chester Norris, Jr. and wife Janet.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro, Maryland where a
celebration of Darlene's life journey will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home.

Pastor Jeremy Fletcher will officiate.

Interment will be private.

Memorial donations may be made to  Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, www.heartlandhospice.com.
