Raymond Creamer

September 9, 1976 — March 28, 2020

On Saturday March 28, 2020, Raymond Morros Creamer, loving son, brother, and uncle passed away at the age of 43.

Raymond was born on September 9, 1976 in Baltimore, MD to John Creamer and Jane (Dorsett) Nazarian. Ray attended Gaithersburg High School through 11th grade and then acquired his GED and carpentry skills through a Baltimore youth program through the state of Maryland.

Raymond was a hard worker and not afraid to learn new skills and face the challenges ahead of him. He worked many years in construction and roofing. In addition, Raymond has also been a local delivery driver for food service, Quality Kitchen Appliances, a courier for many government agencies, and drove 5 months for Lyft when he became ill. But most of all he loved working as a Sous Chef for Sheraton Hotel in Baltimore. He was ServSafe certified and very proud of these accomplishments.

Raymond had a passion for family, and was very loving, forgiving, and kindhearted. He was the best big brother to his younger brother, he protected him at all costs. Raymond found so many ways to be kind and polite to anyone who looked like they needed help. The most important thing to Raymond was loyalty, he was loyal to others and expected that in return.

He loved collecting turtles, basketball, going to Orioles’ games, and his favorite football team was the Miami Dolphins. Raymond was so proud of Maryland and Baltimore, he collected anything he could with the state flag on it. In addition to this, Raymond absolutely loved the beach and was able to have a special trip with his sister to Sanibel Island, Florida.

Raymond attended Christian Life center of Ijamsville throughout his life and spent his last several weeks praying and singing hymns to his loving savoir, Jesus.

Raymond was preceded in death by his Grandmothers, Grandfathers, and his Aunt Linda. He is survived by his Mother, Jane Nazarian, his Father, John Creamer. His Sister, Christina Pope and Brother-in-law Christopher Pope, his Niece Hannah Pope and Nephew Nathaniel Pope. His brother, Johnathan Nazarian and Sister-in-law Erin Nazarian, his Nieces Lauren and Madisyn Nazarian. His cousin Grant Meyers and Grant’s wife Lesley Meyers. His Aunt and Uncle Joan and Steve Finney, his cousins Nathan and Kevin Finney and their families.

There will be a Memorial Service by invitation to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in memory of Raymond Creamer to //teenchallengeusa.org/give Leave recipient address blank, they will send notifications to the family with the address on file). Teen Challenge is an Christian organization that uses a holistic model to aid in drug and alcohol recovery.
