Daryl led a fulfilling career, serving the community through his work with the Montgomery County Government and the Maryland State Government until his retirement in 2018. He was dedicated to his work and touched the lives of many through his service.

One of Daryl's greatest joys in life was creating beautiful memories with his family and friends. He cherished visiting iconic landmarks like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. His passion for sports took him to Dodger Stadium to cheer on his favorite team. Daryl's love for sports extended beyond stadiums as he enjoyed watching games and sharing that enthusiasm with those around him.

Daryl is survived by his devoted wife Kathleen Banfield Foreman; child Alyson Gordon (Gamal Gordon); grandchildren Kamryn, Kendall, Dionne, and Arionne; parents Roland and Cecile Foreman; brother Michael Foreman (Misty); sister Donna Morton (Aaron); as well as countless other family members and friends whose lives he touched with his kindness.
